Buildings System Technician (Power Plant & Utilities) Manhattan
This position will be responsible for managing and responding to multiple issues in relation to the campus building automation system, energy use and communications in response to the building needs. Providing constructive/timely responses to temperature/building/HVAC issues. Responding to and perform daily triage of new alarms in the campus HVAC control system. Systemically inspecting controls/devices/sensors monitored through the K-State Honeywell system for functional problems. Inspecting building meter data daily for unusual findings and trend building performance over time.
Equipment Mechanic Sr Manhattan
The Division of Facilities at Kansas State University is seeking an Equipment Mechanic Sr. to join the team. This individual will diagnose and perform major and minor repairs on automotive vehicles (cars, light trucks, and vans) heavy trucks, truck mounted auxiliary equipment, and industrial equipment. Perform safety inspections, preventive maintenance, and services (oil and lube jobs) on various equipment and vehicles. Provide preventative maintenance (prevent major breakdowns and minimize repair costs), necessary repairs, and safe operable vehicles and equipment.

Project Director (School of Family Studies and Human Services) Manhattan
Kansas State University, School of Family Studies and Human Services, is seeking a full-time Project Director with strategic leadership abilities and excellent organization and oral/written communication skills to provide leadership for the 4-H Military Partnership Project. This person will collaborate with USDA program leaders and military Services child and youth program staff at the Headquarters level to support land grant universities in providing 4-H clubs and programs for military connected youth. This person will be responsible for writing grants, developing requests for applications (RFA), managing sub-awards, and developing evaluation components for the project. Employment is contingent upon grant funding.

Plan and implement the crop performance tests for the Northwest and Southwest Research Extension Centers to insure scientifically valid data and timeliness in reporting results. Implement all phases of field studies including land preparation, weed control, fertilization, planting, pest management, field notes on crop growth and development, and harvesting.
