Vice Provost for Enrollment Management Manhattan, Kansas
This position serves as the chief enrollment officer responsible for leading the implementation of the university’s comprehensive, multi-year strategic enrollment management plan in support of the outcomes envisioned in the K-State 2025 Strategic Plan. The VPEM will provide strategic leadership and vision as it relates to all aspects of enrollment management, including domestic and international student recruitment, admissions, financial aid, registration, and transfer enrollment. The VPEM will work closely with the President, Provost, Vice President for Student Life, Vice Provost for Student Success, deans, and other senior leaders to formulate and implement a comprehensive strategy that engages prospective and current students from Kansas, across the country, and internationally.

The newly created Vice Provost for Student Success (“VPSS”) is charged with bringing vision and leadership to coordinate the efforts of units and programs focused on retention and student success, while bridging academic and student service operations and initiatives and improving communication across academic and student affairs at the University. Associate Provost for Institutional Research Manhattan, Kansas
The Associate Provost for Institutional Research (IR), a newly-created position, is the chief institutional research (IR) officer for the university and will lead the Office of Institutional Research (OIR) as K-State works to establish a robust IR capacity. The Associate Provost for IR will be responsible for ensuring development and implementation of an institutional data strategy that transforms and promotes institution-wide use of data and analytics for informed decision-making throughout the University. The associate provost will work collaboratively to understand stakeholders and their decision-support needs; collect, analyze, interpret, and report data and information; and support operational, budgetary, enrollment, and strategic planning, program review, accreditation, and the effective use of resources.

The incumbent will plan and conduct laboratory and greenhouse experiments to assess interactions between arthropods occurring on wheat and soybean plants. Activities will include conducting bioassyas of arthropod responses to plants and plant allelochemicals. DNA and RNA analyses of arthropods and plants; maintaining arthropod test colonies; collecting and analyzing data from experiments; and preparing manuscripts of experimental results for publication.
