General Description of Position:

The Division of Biology seeks an Office Specialist II to work in the KS Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research Unit within the Division of Biology at Kansas State University. As office manager for the Kansas Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research Unit, the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Unit, interact with graduate students and cooperators, and complete state and federal administrative requirements including account management, travel vouchers, inventory and maintain equipment, complete monthly and annual reports, and interact with Unit Coordinating Committee.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Requires one year of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

High School diploma and experience in office management.  Experience with web site management and knowledge of state or federal administrative policies and procedures
