About This Role:

This position provides Human resource activities for all of the reporting units under the Office for Vice President for Administration and Finance, Division of Communication and Marketing, The Provost, The President’s Office, Vice President of Research, and Human Capital Services.  Administrative services include compliance to KSU, State, and Federal policies, execution of the employee recruitment process, manage the human resource payroll process, oversee the performance management process, maintain employee records, and provide customer service for benefits information.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3 years relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources
  • Two or more years of relevant experience in human resources or payroll

Other Requirements:

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment

Salary Range/ Pay Rate:

$15.99-$24.78 per hour

Please note: the minimum salary for this position is $15.99. Actual salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, internal equity and departmental funding. Salary offers are typically made between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range. The range indicated includes both the typical hiring range and potential future progression.
