About This Role:

K-State Athletics is seeking qualified applicants for an Compliance Assistant, which is a temporary, full-time, benefits-eligible position for up to 24 months.

An example of job responsibilities includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Monitor coaches’ recruiting logs through JumpForward, expense reports and travel reports.
  • Update and monitor the Student-Athlete Performance Table process.  Primary contact for performance table.
  • Maintain Data and monitor student-athlete information on JumpForward and TeamWorks.
  • Manage the athletic book scholarship process.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong interest in working in athletic compliance and/or administration as a career
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong self-starter; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sports management or law advanced degree, 1 year experience (or equivalent working in Division I athletics.

Other Requirements:

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment

    This position holds expectations of compliance with all NCAA, Big 12 Conference, Kansas State University and K-State Athletics, Inc. rules and regulations.

Salary Range/Pay Rate:

$10.00/hourly (approx. $20,800 annually) plus paid overtime.
