About This Role:

The Program/ Project Coordinator:

  • Plans, manages and directs college-level programs. Coordinates day-to-day programming including explanations of college policies and procedures, ensuring all involved comply with program requirements. Collects/analyzes data and prepares reports. Coordinates and manages events, forums and tours. 
  • Designs, develops, implements, and maintains the College of Engineering (COE) college-level, unit and departmental websites, ensuring a common brand and style across the college.
  • Develops, directs and distributes marketing and written communications including but not limited to print, web and social media advertising that promotes and advances college products, programs and projects. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

The nature of the job will necessitate night and weekend availability.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree. This position may use an educational equivalency as determined relevant by a hiring manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated, team-oriented individual with strong project management skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing programs/projects and event planning/coordination.
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. Strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently, productively and with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Salary Range/ Pay Rate:

$37,410-$57,980, or $17.98-$27.88 per hour
