About This Role:

You will handle payroll in an electronic time and leave system and transactional activities in an office that is solely focused on Human Resources and payroll.  We work with multiple departments to help them meet all of their HR needs.  50% of your time will be payroll and all activities that go along with payroll.  50% of your time will be working with employees and departments on policies and procedures of K-State.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a high school diploma and one year of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree
  • 2 years payroll experience

Other Requirements:

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment

Salary Range/ Pay Rate:

$26,800-$40,200 

Actual salary will be determined based on candidate's experience, education, internal equity and departmental funding.
Salary offers are typically made between $26,800 and $33,500 of the salary range. The range indicated includes both the typical hiring range and potential future progression.
