The Division of Financial Services is seeking applicants for a Manager, Business and Financial Services position in the General Accounting Section. This position will manage the University's fixed assets accounting system including analyzing assets that meet capitalization threshold, tracking CIP, and communicating updated information to campus departments. Componentize buildings and work with the F&A proposal preparation to ensure all data in reconciled and properly supported. Oversee positions responsible for non-resident alien tax reporting, sales tax reporting, excise and motor fuel tax remittances. Oversee all vendor set up activities, to include determination of taxable status of each vendor. Additionally oversee position responsible for local agency check-writes and FIS interfaces.
Research Assistant (Behavioral Neuroscience) Manhattan, Kansas
This Research Assistant is a laboratory technician role working on an NIH R01 grant awarded to Dr. Kimberly Kirkpatrick. The technician will primarily program and conduct operant behavioral analysis procedures, assist with neurobiological procedures such as DREADDs and immunohistochemistry assays, supervise undergraduate assistants, present at conferences, and assist with data analysis, conference presentations, and manuscript preparation. The activities center on the successful completion of the R01 award and dissemination of the research outcomes.

The Veterinary Health Center (VHC) is seeking applicants for a Veterinary Technician to work in the Equine section. The primary responsibility for this position is to provide technical services to the Equine Section of the Veterinary Health Center. Responsible for cleanliness of the work area and assures primary care of critical patients and that supply are not outdated. Research Program Manager (Associate Director II) Salina, Kansas
K-State Polytechnic is hiring a motivated Research Project Manager (Associate Director II) with experience leading multiple research projects and activities, from authoring/collaborating on research proposals through the life cycle of research effort. This includes planning, organizing, controlling and deploying key milestones, deliverables and resources such as funding and business development from conception through conclusion according to research goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a research team, serving on an interdisciplinary team of researchers and representing K-State Polytechnic as the senior engineering lead and UAS research subject matter expert.
