Leavenworth County 4-H Youth Development Extension Agent Other
Extension agents are professional educators who serve as a link between Kansas State University and communities across Kansas. This position will provide primary leadership for the development and implementation of research-based educational program for school-aged youth using a variety of delivery modes. Programs will be conducted with state and regional faculty, adult volunteers, and professionals in other youth-serving organizations who share the goal of providing opportunities for youth to develop leadership potential, self-esteem, citizenship, responsibility and capacity.
Office Specialist II Manhattan, Kansas
This position will assists and maintain Graduate Student Program and Scholarship program within the Department of Animal Sciences & Industry. This position also will support faculty, staff and students in both Weber Hall and Call Hall offices. With duties such as; helping students with information pertaining to academics and procedures; greeting visitors, students and staff in person or via phone, answering questions and providing requested information by applying knowledge of policies and procedures for the department and university. Also, operating copy machine; handling and sorting mail; assisting faculty with various projects, such as word processing, preparation of presentations, correspondence and basic accounting entry; sending /receiving mailings; managing student workers; and completing special projects.
Facilities Maintenance Supervisor Manhattan, Kansas
Facility Maintenance Supervisor: Perform general/skilled maintenance and troubleshooting of all building systems for K-State Athletics Facilities.
