| About This Role: The Veterinary Health Center (VHC) within the College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team to help facilitate exemplary patient care and quality customer service. While there are many responsibilities of someone in this role, this position is primarily responsible for providing specialized, administrative support for the recruitment and onboarding of prospective hospital staff. This engaging position will also play an active role in the management of all personnel and staffing processes, as well as, ensuring smooth office operations on a daily basis. Excellent communication and organization skills will be key to succeeding in this multifaceted role. |

| The Kansas State University School of Music, Theatre, and Dance invites applications for an Instructor of Music. This full-time, 12-month position will start August 18, 2024 with a competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Primary responsibilities will be instruction, repair and maintenance of School and Band musical instruments, management and control of instrument inventory, and administrative assistance with the Marilyn Sawin Arts Extension Across Kansas program and QuVee Mock Masterclass Series. This person will be required to have a strong organizational and administrative background and will be responsible for issuing and collecting all instruments on a yearly basis. All repair and maintenance work will be done in the Compton repair room at the Tracz Family Band Hall on the campus of Kansas State University. All repair equipment, tools and devices will be provided in the repair room. This position is expected to attend home and away marching band activities including away games, bowl games, or championship games, and select arts extension events. |

| The IT Business Analyst position serves as a partner for one or more university functional teams. Working directly with business stakeholders the individual in this position will collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design. This position will engage other IT professionals to identify and implement innovative solutions for complex challenges. This highly collaborative environment encourages innovation and ideas.
Individuals in this position will specialize in a functional area and have the ability to provide consultative assistance and backup to other business analysts. This position will be responsible for effectively leading meetings, driving communications and working in a constantly changing environment. The Business Analysts will work on projects with some complexity, which have operational impact, and potentially strategic impact, to one or more departments/units.
This position may also serve as project manager for smaller projects as workload allows. |
