| NACADA: The Global Community for Academic Advising invites applications for a Director of Strategic Initiatives. The Director of Strategic Initiatives will provide leadership over short- and long-term goals of NACADA and the Executive Office, including development of new programs and innovative resources that yield organizational growth and profitability. The Director of Strategic Initiatives will be responsible for the achievement of benchmarks of the strategic plan established by the NACADA Board of Directors. The Director of Strategic Initiatives supervises staff who are responsible for initiatives managed by volunteer units, including online education, member engagement, awards and scholarships, mentorship programs, and efforts to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion. The Director of Strategic Initiatives also supervises staff who are responsible for engaging institutions with resources and services to improve academic advising that are provided by NACADA Consulting. |
