This position will be the payroll functional lead for the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) payroll system for Kansas State University and affiliated agencies and is responsible for interfaces to the Financial Information System (FIS) and the K-State Student Information System (KSIS). This individual will assist the supervisory Animal Health Officer with broad support and coordination of activities associated with infectious disease research and food security studies. Responsibilities include waste management, decontamination, adherence to animal welfare regulations, assisting research teams in project planning and operational logistics, and training research staff on procedures, protocols and equipment operation.
