Flint Hills District is comprised of Morris and Chase Counties, with a combined population of approximately 8,200 residents. The extension offices are in Council Grove and Cottonwood Falls. The district covers 1,468 square miles and is located in the heart of the beautiful Flint Hills. This position will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive 4-H youth development program for school-aged youth in cooperation with local community members and extension colleagues. Programming will include but is not limited to: community club support, out-of-school programs, school enrichment, volunteer management, and outreach to create program opportunities with new and existing community partners.

Federal Programs Administrator Manhattan, Kansas Hybrid eligible (partially remote, must reside in US)
The Office of Student Financial Assistance seeks applicants to work within a team setting managing the student loan programs and federal pell grant program. This position along with another team member will be responsible for all aspects of loan and pell grant processing ensuring that all regulatory and compliance matters are met. This position also assists with other processing tasks, such as: awarding and/or adjusting financial aid, researching loan or pell eligibility on a national database, resolving data issues in file transmissions, and reconciling the loan and pell grant programs.
