This position is responsible for running an efficient and cost-effective food program with policies and procedures that follow state licensing, national accreditation, and CACFP regulations. The Food Service Supervisor will design healthy menus that meet CACFP standards, maintain the food program budget, and ensure proper sanitation and food handling practices are followed. This position reports to the CCD Director. |

This position works directly with the Food Programs and Services Manager and other Kansas State staff to support the planning and execution of food programs, events, and classes. This position is focused on the day-to-day operations of the Food Innovation Accelerator, the food business incubator housed in the research kitchen complex on campus.This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position and is benefits eligible. Work hours are 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. May need to work some evenings and weekends. |
