About This Role:

The Academic Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and improving the recruitment initiatives for the College of Arts and Sciences. This includes meeting with prospective students on a daily basis and participating in occasional weekend and evening recruitment events, both on campus and for events that require travel. The coordinator actively maintains communication with prospective students and tracks campus visitor information. The coordinator is also responsible for presenting at K-State event days. In addition, the coordinator also serves as the lead advisor for the College of Arts and Sciences Ambassadors and the program administrator for the online college mentorship program, ArtSci Alumni-to-Student Mentorship Program. The coordinator is also responsible for presenting at K-State event days. What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree with two or more years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
  • Public presentations/speaking. 
  • Expertise knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Ability to learn and navigate data management systems.

Other Requirements:

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment
