About This Role:

Assistant Professor, tenure track, in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. This position involves undergraduate and graduate teaching and mentoring, productive research activity, and service to the department, college, and university. The successful candidate will become part of an I/O program dating back over 40 years. Supporting and growing that program through teaching a range of I/O courses, research excellence, and student mentoring will be the focus of this position.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the time of appointment
  • Evidence of potential for a strong research program, as indicated by publications and conference presentations. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability and willingness to teach a range of both "industrial" and "organizational" courses at the graduate level
  • Ability and willingness to teach quantitative courses such as graduate statistics topics and measurement

Other Requirements:

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment
