About This Role:

The College of Business Administration at Kansas State University is seeking to fill a full-time position of Director of Recruitment. The Director of Recruitment leads the development and implementation of an effective recruitment strategy and activities for all undergraduate programs in the college. The Director of Recruitment works very closely with the college’s departments and reports to the Assistant Dean for Undergraduate Student Services.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and five or more years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in planning, implementing and evaluating recruitment programs
  • Experience working with high school students and/or college students
  • Proficient in technology
  • Experience supervising others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Must be available to work evenings and some weekends
  • Commitment to understanding one's own experiences and perspectives as well as the experiences and perspectives of diverse others in an effort to cultivate strong relationships and collaboration.

Other Requirements:

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment

Anticipated Hiring Salary Range:
