About This Role:

The College of Business Administration is looking to hire a Program Manager to facilitate a career preparation course for the Student Success Center. This position will leverage industry-related experience, organization and communication skills to deliver imperative career-related, business course concepts to all College of Business students. The Program Manager will be responsible for creating and managing course schedules, preparing materials and planning and execution of course curriculum. This position is also responsible for maintaining relationships with internal and external groups involved in course activities.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum three years of professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree with an emphasis in Business, Student Development, or related field.
  • Experience working in career services or business-related instructor role.
  • Experience with KSIS and Canvas learning management system or similar technology.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management, collaboration and critical thinking skills.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office applications (Word; Excel; PowerPoint).
  • Commitment to understanding one's own experiences and perspectives as well as the experiences and perspectives of diverse others in an effort to cultivate strong relationships and collaboration.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours (evenings and weekends) when necessary.
