About This Role:
|
Instructor (pollution prevention specialists) work on various projects related to industrial environmental compliance, pollution prevention, solid waste reduction, and energy efficiency. Engineering Extension Department/Pollution Prevention Institute (PPI) is under the College of Engineering, KSU campus or satellite office.
Salary Range/Pay Rate: Commensurate with experience and qualifications, beginning at $53,000.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:
- B.S. required in an engineering or science-related discipline; demonstrated written and oral communication skills; excellent computer skills to include expertise with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and use of the Internet; minimum of one-year experience in an industrial or educational environmental area. Ability to work independently and build client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an industrial setting and with environmental regulations.
