About This Role:

The Kansas State University Agronomy Sorghum Genetics and Molecular Breeding Program is looking for a part-time Agricultural Technician II Research to work in field and greenhouse research activities. This individual will manage field maintenance, planting, and harvesting in field and greenhouse operations for plot-based research and breeding experiments.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

• One year relevant experience in plot-based field research

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS degree in Agronomy or related field
• Substantial experience in the operation, adjustment and maintenance of farm equipment.

Other Requirements:

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.
