About This Role:

Reporting to the Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life, the Assistant Director for Fraternity and Sorority Life will work to further the development and vision of the fraternity and sorority community at Kansas State. This position plays a pivotal role in advancing student engagement, student success, and the personal development of students within the Kansas State community. The Assistant Director is responsible for the oversight, guidance, and support of one governing council and approximately 15 recognized chapters.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Higher Education/Student Affairs, or related discipline
  • Experience advising fraternity or sorority communities
  • Membership in Greek-letter or fraternal organization
  • 1-2 years’ experience advising in higher education setting or internal/national fraternal organizations.

Other Requirements:

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.

Anticipated Hiring Pay Range:

$52,530 - $60,000 ($2,020.385 - $2,307.693 bi-weekly)
