The Department of Psychological Sciences is seeking an Assistant or Associate Teaching Professor and Director of Psychological Sciences’ Industrial/Organizational Master’s Degree program. This is a 12-month, non-tenure-track position with a competitive salary. The position will commence in May 2020. Responsibilities will include program administration, curriculum management, teaching two on-campus graduate courses each summer and one or two distance graduate courses each academic year, supervising the practicum projects of 50% of the master’s students, and supervising a 12-month graduate program assistant. Additional responsibilities will include teaching four courses each year in support of the department’s on-campus programs. The appointment includes a 10% commitment to research activities.

This position will support faculty, staff and students in both academics and procedures; greeting visitors, students and staff in person or via phone, answering questions and providing requested information by applying knowledge of policies and procedures for the department and university. Also, operating copy machine, handling and sorting mail, assisting faculty with various projects, such as word processing, preparation of presentations, correspondence and basic accounting entry, sending/receiving mailings, working with student workers, and completing special projects.
