Fellow (Post Doc) Manhattan, Kansas
The Department of Horticulture and Natural Resources at Kansas State University is recruiting an ecologist to investigate landscape-scale drivers of medium-sized mammal distributions in the Great Plains. The incumbent will be using a multispecies detection dataset derived from camera trap encounters at almost 400 sites over three years (the entire western third of Kansas, USA). We anticipate funding for this position will last until December 2022. Because there is no field work associated with this position, the successful applicant can work remotely if they choose to do so.
