| The Office of the Registrar seeks an Assistant Registrar of Student Services. This position is responsible for the daily management of the student services unit within the office, in partnership with the student services manager. The unit is responsible for items such as enrollment and degree verification, graduation, transcripts, enrollment functions, waivers, athletic compliance, commencement, academic standing, and tuition waivers.
Successful candidates will possess experience in analyzing business processes; interpreting and implementing institutional policies; and providing high-quality service to students, faculty/staff, parents, alumni, and other outside constituents and agencies. Additionally, this position is responsible for residency reclassification reviews for continuous students at the university. This position will lead key system implementations for student services, including managing system/software upgrades within the student information system, imaging systems, and other educational technology systems. |

| The College of Veterinary Medicine is looking for Custodial Specialist. This position exists to provide cleaning and sanitation in the various areas at the Vet Med Complex at KSU. Subject to on-call, standby and inclement weather response. This position is considered essential. Responsible to know, understand, and follow safety guidelines in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations, to include K-State and Facilities policies and procedures. Responsible for complying with the safe work practices identified in the departmental Job Hazard Analysis, Personal Protective Equipment Assessment and Departmental Safety Orientation Acknowledgment form. Responsible for the implementation of safety regulations, guidelines, and work practices to prevent injury to yourself and others. |
