IT Engineer, Identity and Access Management Senior Engineer Manhattan, Kansas On-site requirement
The Identity & Access Management (IDAM) Senior Security Engineer is more than a technical expert; they are a pivotal resource within the university, acting as the primary liaison for departmental identity managers. This role is responsible for helping implement and continuously optimize identity and access management services in line with evolving technologies and security regulations. They are responsible for helping design, implement, and maintain IDAM technologies to ensure audit and privacy compliance, and drive automation wherever possible. This role will also assist with resolving any security issues related to IDAM operations. Leadership and coordination are essential elements of this role. You'll drive cross-functional teams, facilitating discussions and serving as the subject matter expert. The Senior Engineer will also focus on the ongoing monitoring and maintenance of IDAM systems. Hybrid Cloud Engineer Manhattan, Kansas On-site requirement
The Hybrid Cloud Engineer I is pivotal in designing, deploying, and managing hybrid cloud solutions to enhance the scalability and performance of the university's IT infrastructure. This position supports the Hybrid Cloud Organization in implementing robust cloud architectures across public and private components, optimizing cloud environments through automation and real-time monitoring. Additionally, the role involves collaborating closely with IT security teams and other IT departments to integrate security measures, manage resources efficiently, and ensure high levels of end-user satisfaction by maintaining a responsive and effective cloud infrastructure.
Animal Technician II Manhattan, Kansas On-site requirement
This is a relief emergency milking position. Duties include setting up milking equipment, carefully moving cows to and from the milking parlor, prepping cows properly for milking (predippping and cleaning of teats), diagnosing abnormal milk (if mastitis exists then proper milking and disposal of milk must occur), attaching milking machines, and post-dipping teats after milking. The employee sanitizes the equipment before and after each milking shift. In addition, the employee coducts regular inspection of the milk tank compressors, milk line and pump to ensure bulk storage tanks are operating correcting and cooling milk before, during, and after each milking shift. Other miscellaneous animal care duties may be assigned during the milking shift.
