| The Head Cheer and Mascot Coach maintains control and oversight of the overall program which includes but is not limited to creating and implementing the program’s operational practices, creating and teaching routines while maintaining a high level of safety of the cheer squad through proper teaching of techniques and safety procedures in compliance with USA Cheer National Safety Standards, recruiting and selecting students to the squad, maintaining knowledge of gameday cheer trends to positively impact the fan experience, marketing, public relations, fundraising, and managing the program’s budget, including purchases and procurements. |

| FACILITIES MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR: Working supervisor position for events and facilities; provide leadership and direction regarding maintenance in assigned areas; responsible for facility operation; prioritize, track and execute work orders in a timely fashion; perform minor electrical repairs; schedule and perform preventative maintenance; initiate and oversee minor repair projects; maintain grounds; train part-time staff regarding day-to-day operations procedures; respond to emergencies outside of normal work hours; and responsible for daily and event operations of assigned facilities which entails working varied hours and schedules. |
