| FACILITIES MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR: Working supervisor position for events and facilities; provide leadership and direction regarding maintenance in assigned areas; responsible for facility operation; prioritize, track and execute work orders in a timely fashion; perform minor electrical repairs; schedule and perform preventative maintenance; initiate and oversee minor repair projects; maintain grounds; train part-time staff regarding day-to-day operations procedures; respond to emergencies outside of normal work hours; and responsible for daily and event operations of assigned facilities which entails working varied hours and schedules. |
