This position is responsible for the daily management of the student services unit within the office, in partnership with the student services manager. The unit is responsible for items such as enrollment and degree verification, graduation, transcripts, enrollment functions, waivers, athletic compliance, commencement, academic standing, and tuition waivers.
Successful candidates will possess experience in analyzing business processes; interpreting and implementing institutional policies; and providing high-quality service to students, faculty/staff, parents, alumni, and other outside constituents and agencies. Additionally, this position is responsible for residency reclassification reviews for continuous students at the university. This position will lead key system implementations for student services, including managing system/software upgrades within the student information system, imaging systems, and other educational technology systems. |
