The Student Services Specialist is an ambassador for K-State, serving as the primary point of contact for students and their families with the University, and is an expert in the delivery of division of enrollment management services. The Student Services Specialist works at Wildcat One Stop and represents the following functional areas of the University: Office of Recruitment and Admissions, Office of Student Financial Services, and Office of the Registrar, providing comprehensive information and guidance to students and families, as well as other enrollment services from other areas of the University. Wildcat One Stop is a high volume, fast-paced frontline service area that is critical to the university’s ability to deliver enrollment services and support to over 20,000 enrolled students, as well as service support for families, alumni, the university community, and the public. The Wildcat One Stop team provides cross-functional enrollment services in the areas of admissions, registration, records, financial aid, scholarships, and billing. The Enrollment Services Specialist position requires an in-depth understanding of, and training on significant and complex federal, state, and university policies and regulations pertaining to the service areas. Enrollment Services Specialist are also equipped with broad general knowledge of campus resources and services. Enrollment Services Specialist must exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and independent professional judgment when resolving student questions and concerns. They must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to handle challenging and sensitive conversations while demonstrating behaviors that support and reflect Enrollment Management’s commitment to providing excellent and inclusive customer service to diverse communities.
Asst Dir III, Acad Studt Serv Manhattan, Kansas On-site requirement
Supports walk-in traffic, front-line customer support, chat functions and tier 1 phone support, including but not limited to providing comprehensive information and services related to undergraduate admission operations (transcripts, evaluations), student financial assistance, student employment, the university registrar processes, basic student billing questions, and other enrollment concerns for alumni, current students, prospective students, families, and other clients. Accounting Specialist, Part Time (Accounts Receivable & Cashiering) Manhattan, Kansas On-site requirement
The position is responsible for all aspects of accounts receivable for the Veterinary Health Center. This position will evaluate client accounts, accept payments, reconcile cash drawers and receipts and assist the client with any account needs necessary. This position will serve the Douglas County area and is based in Lawrence, KS.

EFNEP Nutrition Assistant, Wyandotte County Other On-site requirement
