About This Role:

International Student and Scholar Services (ISS) is hiring for an Office Specialist II to join their team. The Office Specialist serves as the initial contact for international students and scholars. This role provides clerical and administrative support to the ISSS staff, which includes maintaining staff calendars, and monitoring/assisting with scholar health insurance. The Office Specialist works collaboratively with ISSS staff to manage office duties and support senior leadership.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Requirements:

  • One year of relevant experience in office or administrative support

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or College degree
  • Experience working with an international population or experience living or studying abroad
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented

Other Requirements:

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment

Anticipated Hiring Salary Range:

 $13.14-$16.42 per hour ($27,340 - $34,170 annually)
