About This Role:

Kansas State University Olathe (http://olathe.k-state.edu) is recruiting adults to train as long term panelists (30 positions) in product evaluation in the Center for Sensory Analysis and Consumer Behavior. Challenging work, professional colleagues, and great working conditions. Good verbal communication skills, reliability, and ability to work in small groups are a must. Paid 10 to 12 week training (2 hours per day, either morning or afternoon) is scheduled to begin mid-March. Work morning hours (9:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.), up to 16 hours per week throughout the year analyzing food and other products for flavor, texture, and other attributes. These positions are part-time, non-benefits eligible.

The Successful Candidate will:

  • High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in small groups
