About This Role:

NACADA: The Global Community for Academic Advising based at Kansas State University in Manhattan, KS is seeking a Program/Project Associate to manage several essential programs. The position will support NACADA's customer-based data systems and disseminate information to entire office; monitor and update the association’s website and social media to assure our systems are up to date, our website is running smoothly, and customer data is accurate; to maintain technology tools and resources to support the association and provide office management services.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a high school diploma and two years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Four-year college degree; or 5 years of comparable experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in technology or Electronic Media or related field
  • More than two years of relevant experience.

Other Requirements:

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment

Anticipated Hiring Salary Range:

$36,070 - $55,901 ($17.34 - $26.88 per hour)
