About This Role:

The Department of Management in the College of Business Administration at Kansas State University is seeking to hire a full-time instructor to teach in the areas of entrepreneurship and management beginning January 2023.

The individual selected will work in the Department to teach four undergraduate courses per semester while also assisting with the service mission of the Department and the College. Expected course topic areas include introductory courses in entrepreneurship and management.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A master’s degree in business or a closely related field.
  • A demonstrated commitment to supporting student learning and developmental experiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • University-level teaching experience in entrepreneurship, management, or related areas.
  • Professional experience in entrepreneurship or management.
  • Experience working with diverse student populations.
  • Commitment to understanding one’s own experiences and perspectives as well as the experiences and perspectives of diverse others in an effort to cultivate strong relationships and collaboration.

Other Requirements:

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.
