About This Role:

The College of Business Administration is looking to hire a Career Coach to work in the Student Success Center. The career coach will leverage industry-related experience and connections to provide individual guidance to College of Business students as they evaluate career paths and pursue internship or full-time employment options. In collaboration with CBA faculty and other partners, career coaches provide an added level of support necessary to prepare business students for career success in a highly competitive environment. Career coaches also serve an important role to develop and maintain meaningful relationships with CBA employers to expand opportunities for current and future students.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience. This position may use an educational equivalency as determined relevant by a hiring manager. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Five or more years professional experience in private sector employee recruitment, HR, or business-related experience.
  • Experience leading college recruitment programs.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office applications (Word; Excel; PowerPoint).
  • Bachelors Degree with major in Business.
  • Commitment to understanding one's own experiences and perspectives as well as the experiences and perspectives of diverse others in an effort to cultivate strong relationships and collaboration. 

Other Requirements:

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment
