About This Role

Kansas State University's Aerospace and Technology Campus in Salina is seeking a dedicated Admissions Representative/Recruiter to serve as a liaison from KSU Salina campus to prospective learners. This is done by the incumbent remaining well-informed regarding academic programs, options and services available at KSU Salina and then communicating the options and services effectively. As a part of a cohesiveness team focused on outreach, the incumbent will assist prospects with understanding the process and providing ongoing support using multiple communication methods

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with prospects from a variety of backgrounds and in varying situations.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience in recruitment in Higher Education, Marketing, Client Services, or Consulting.
  • Bi-lingual in English/Spanish a plus

Additional licenses / registrations / certifications:

  • Valid Driver's License upon employment.

Additional Role Information:

  • Must have flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
  • Travel required.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship
