The Assistant Director for Transfer Recruitment is responsible for implementing an effective student recruitment program in support of K-State’s enrollment management goals. This position provides leadership in developing recruitment strategies, building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, and improving the overall student experience. Responsibilities include supervising staff, fostering collaborations across campus, enhancing course transferability tools and pathways, and leveraging data to drive informed decision-making. This is a dynamic opportunity to lead impactful efforts while supporting K-State’s mission of accessibility and excellence in higher education.
