About This Role:

This position will serve as an integral member of the Office of Undergraduate Recruitment and Admissions team with particular emphasis on providing strategic direction in attracting and enrolling transfer students, adult learners and military students to Kansas State University.

Worksite Options:

This position is required to be performed on-site. Work is performed on employer premises or designated assignment location.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Five or more years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Three to five years’ experience managing recruitment or educational student services
  • Ability to understand, interpret and implement policy and procedures and to problem solve effectively
  • Experience developing and implementing plans for student recruitment
  • Experience with administration of customer management or recruitment software, experience with SlateCRM a plus
  • Master's Degree

Other Requirements:
