About This Role:

As a customer success advocate, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, managing incoming projects, and driving sales for University Printing at Kansas State University. You will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers with a professional and friendly demeanor to address inquiries.
  • Providing detailed information about available products and services, including pricing, timelines, and delivery options.
  • Receiving and processing project orders using CRM software.
  • Managing projects from receipt to delivery.
  • Collaborating with team members and vendors through project production and delivery.
  • Preparing and presenting estimates and invoices to customers.
  • Assisting with inventory management.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a high school diploma and one year of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated customer service, sales, or project management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of or experience in a print production operation.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
