The Director for Graduate Recruitment is a key leadership position responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract top-tier graduate students to the university. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders within the university community and beyond to promote the university's graduate programs, enhance its reputation, and increase enrollment.
The Director will work closely with the Vice Provost for Enrollment Management to lead the implementation and evaluation of the entire recruitment function for the university and identify and adjust strategies and procedures to enhance recruitment results across all units.

The Office of Enrollment Management plays an important role in providing an exceptional student experience at Kansas State University. Fostering university-wide collaboration and engagement in the recruitment and retention of our students is critical to all of our operations, and we are proud to work together to serve students in all stages of their K-State journey.
This position is required to be performed on-site. Work is performed on employer premises or designated assignment location
