About This Role:

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Associate Vice President for the Kansas State University Research Foundation (KSURF), the Executive Director for Corporate Engagement and their teams. The incumbent serves as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion. The role requires exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues as they arise

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Five years of relevant experience

This position may use an educational equivalency as determined relevant by a hiring manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of experience providing executive level administrative support.
  • Proven experience in managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and project support.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • High degree of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Adaptability and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals.

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.

Anticipated Hiring Pay Range:

$53,581 - $69,633 annually
