And as we align our people and resources to support our visionary Next-Gen K-State strategic plan, we are embarking on a transformative initiative that grows and bolsters our IT operations, enhancing how we strategically manage, support and align the university’s IT infrastructure across the institution.
Kansas State University invites applications for multiple Information Technology Director positions, creating a distributed leadership structure that will collaboratively develop and implement strategic IT plans for the university’s colleges and major units in alignment with the university’s Division of Information Technology. These positions, which also perform supervisory leadership for all positions performing IT work within their respective college or major unit, will assist in:

Application Process:
K-State is utilizing a cluster hire approach to fill eight of its IT director-level positions for several distinct colleges and major units on the Manhattan campus. Applicants will complete one application to be considered for any of the eight colleges/major units participating in this streamlined search process.
