This position is vital in managing and optimizing endpoint management and patch management services to ensure the efficiency and security of PC and Mac systems within the College of Agriculture. It will play a key role in maintaining system performance, enhancing user satisfaction, and ensuring high compliance with the latest software updates. This position will report to the IT Director but will also work closely with Central IT teams and IT personnel within the college to streamline processes, implement new technologies, and maintain a robust IT infrastructure that supports both college and university's operational needs. Provide Tier II and III support and service restoration for daily operations and projects in a complex, distributed computing environment.
