The CRM Specialist will be a part of the Office of Enrollment Management which engages leaders and stakeholders across the university in comprehensive and coordinated efforts to support the university’s goals for student enrollment and success. The CRM Specialist increases our ability to engage with prospective and current students by maximizing the university's CRM system and support recruitment and retention at K-State. K-State currently uses Slate by Technolutions.
This role will be responsible for supporting, monitoring, testing and maintaining all data and functionality in CRM. This position will collaborate with CRM team and work with faculty/staff across the organization including all recruitment and admissions teams for Manhattan/Online campus, Salina, and Olathe and other constituents to support and enhance CRM functionality, bring about new solutions and advocate for proper and effective usage of the CRM.
The development of a remote work agreement is possible for this position.
