The Marketing Manager provides expertise, project management, and support to the Director of Enrollment Marketing and Communications, as well as all enrollment management reporting units, including Recruitment and Admissions, Student Financial Assistance and the Office of the Registrar. This role involves collaboration with the Division of Communications and Marketing (DCM), academic colleges and other university units on enrollment management marketing and communications strategies.
This position manages a team of three to plan, execute and manage content, video, web, social media and graphic projects. The Manager serves as an embedded subject-matter expert and leader on enrollment management related initiatives/content with primary audiences of prospective undergraduate and graduate students on both the Manhattan campus and online. Subject-matter expertise may include but is not limited to: admission requirements; scholarship offerings and requirements; student academic information policies and practices; culturally appropriate content, and strategic marketing through all stages of the enrollment funnel and student life cycle.
he Enrollment Marketing & Communications unit manages projects across the Enrollment Management enterprise in concert with the university's Division of Communications and Marketing. We support efforts across all campuses for communicating to prospective students and provide strategy to campus partners.
This position is hybrid.
The hybrid work agreement for this position will include up to four hours of remote work per week (10% remote, 90% on-site). Remote work is granted at the discretion of the direct supervisor. Additional details about potential hybrid work in this role can be discussed during interviews.)
