About This Role

The department of Clinical Sciences within the College of Veterinary Medicine is looking for applicants for a part-time Office Specialist I. This position will provide operational management and support in the Department of Clinical Sciences Office.

Worksite Option

This position is on-site. 

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Six months of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s of Sciences in related field.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of business administration, particularly as applied to university programs.
  • Ability to multi-talk and prioritize work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, excellent public relations and organizational skills, detailed oriented.
