About This Role

This position exists to provide support services to the Health Center’s Administration office by greeting visitors and staff, answering phones, data entry, scheduling meetings for individuals and the organization, preparation of materials for meetings, maintain office product supplies, assist with supply order for the organization, sort mail, submit facilities work orders and assist with the assembly and moving of office furniture.
Assist with accreditation efforts, billing of Athletics and provider credentialing as needed. Tasks may include organizing policies within PowerDMS, data entry for Athletics invoices and education and license verification of new providers.
Other duties as assigned, may include schedule management for the Executive Director.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires six months of relevant experience. Requirements may be met through a combination of education and experience.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of university policies and operations.

Anticipated Hiring Pay Range
