Come join us in the Social Transformation Studies department! This position will serve as administrative support to the Department Head and as general office support for faculty and students.
Specific job responsibilities will include:
Serving as a liaison between faculty, Dean’s Office, Shared Services, and other departments across campus
Supervise and evaluate student office employees
Create and submit purchase orders and reports
Misc duties like answering phone calls, making copies, sorting mail, preparing routine correspondence, and scheduling meetings and rooms
Social Transformation Studies offers undergraduate BA/BS and a graduate certificate. We help students develop the knowledge and skills that enable them to launch and sustain careers devoted to tackling some of the most pressing social issues facing Kansans, and Americans more broadly. We foster community-based engaged learning that is responsive to the needs and realities of underserved communities.
This position is on-site.
