Come work with the College of Business Administration! The Office of the Dean invites applications for a full-time Office Assistant III. This person will play an important role to help support both the human resource and accounting departments. This position will also provide essential support to on-going college-level projects.

Worksite Option

This position is required to be performed on-site. Work is performed on employer premises or designated assignment location.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a high school diploma and two years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Higher education certificate or degree

• Strong attention to detail, written and verbal skills

• Able to learn quickly, determine priorities, take initiative and work independently

• Computer proficiency/ability to learn new systems. This position will use Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks and KSU internal systems such as Concur, eForms and HRIS

Other Requirements:

  • Eligible to become a Notary Public upon employment

Anticipated Hiring Pay Range

$35,000 - $40,000 annually ($16.82 - $19.23 per hour)
