About This Role:

The Program/Project Administrator in Student Belonging will administer various programs to include Project IMPACT Leadership Programs (i.e., MAPS, KOMPASS, Leadership Conferences, College for a Day, and Sophomore Success).  The Program Administrator develops and maintains the state-wide network of youth workers and school personnel and stay in communication with them about program activities and participants.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree.
  • One year of relevant experience.
  • This position may use an educational equivalency as determined relevant by a hiring manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree
  • At least three years of professional experience in higher education planning, implementing, and/or evaluating multicultural student success programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Power Point and social media communication strategies.
  • Experience with Excel or other spreadsheet applications
  • Familiarity with basic data analysis functions using SPSS or any other comparable statistical package.
  • Experience working with multicultural student success programs at K-State (e.g., TRIO Programs, Developing Scholars, MEP, etc.).
  • Experience training undergraduates for peer mentoring.

Anticipated Hiring Pay Range:

$22.38 - $29.808 per hour ($47,486.00 - $62,000 annually)
