About This Role

Kansas State University and the College of Architecture, Planning & Design/Department of Landscape Architecture and Regional & Community Planning wishes to hire a temporary instructor for our online community development program. Candidate will be able to teach courses with expertise related to community development and will have prior teaching experience. Temporary instructor responsibilities include delivery of course content, scheduling office hours and being accessible to students as appropriate, and grading. Instructor is expected to provide students with a syllabus outlining the course goals, schedule, and all requirements for the course under the direction of the Department Head.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or doctorate in Urban Planning, Community Development, or a closely allied field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous teaching experience
